Kathleen believes that making a positive impact in the
community is the true mark of success. Whether she's donating
her time and energy to a local charity or community project,
helping her clients accomplish their dream of owning a
home, selling a home or donating part of her commission,
she knows that when you do the right thing and follow
your heart, the results are bound to be positive.
If you are buying or selling a home and Kathleen represents
you, a donation will be made in your name to either
the Humane Society – Silicon Valley, The American
Red Cross – Santa Clara Valley Chapter, or the
San Jose Fire Fighters Burn Foundation upon close of
escrow.
If you are passionate about helping a different charitable,
nonprofit organization and it qualifies under Internal
Revenue Code Section 501(c) (3) guidelines, Kathleen
is willing to make her donation to the charity of your
choice.
The amount of the donation is based upon a percentage
of Kathleen’s commission.
Kathleen Daniels is committed to making a real difference
… and working with you to give back to our community.

 If
you plan to buy or sell a home, you can make a monetary
contribution through Kathleen, as your agent, to a school
of your choice. And, it is at no extra cost to you.
Kathleen will donate a percentage of the real estate
transaction's commission to a school(s) of Kathleen’s
seller's and/or buyer's choice.
